By using Walking Footy United, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Minimum age: 13

Age policy updated 19 September 2026. This applies to the Walking Footy website, the Walking Footy app and FootyFixturs, which use one shared Walking Footy account.

You must be at least 13 to register or use an account. Accounts for children under 13 are not permitted, including accounts created for them by an adult. Use your real date of birth. Do not misrepresent your age or share an adult's account with a child.

Members aged 13 to 17 may have accounts. Some features have higher age limits: the Guest Players pool is for people aged 18 and over. Club and competition eligibility rules may also apply.

Existing members without a date of birth must confirm it before using account features. Accounts recorded as under 13 are restricted. Suspected underage accounts should be reported using Report member or to admin@walkingfooty.com. Our team will review the concern and arrange correction or removal as appropriate. Do not post a child's details publicly or send identity documents by email.

Acceptable use

• Use the site lawfully and respectfully.
• Do not post harmful, abusive, misleading, or illegal content.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Do not misuse contact information or attempt to spam other users.
• Do not abuse email features, provide incorrect email addresses, or trigger repeated email failures.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.

Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it within the service for operational purposes.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

Abuse of email systems, repeated delivery failures caused by incorrect email details, or attempts to misuse email communications may result in automatic termination.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

Walking Footy United is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site to the fullest extent permitted by law.
